I am Duygu Soylemez, a PhD student in Management Science and Operations Management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I use mathematical optimization, probabilistic modeling, and empirical analysis to study decisions under resource constraints. My research focuses on healthcare access and online retailing: how to use limited capacity, understand demand, and design better operational systems.

I am on the job market, primarily seeking industry opportunities where I can apply my research and analytical skills to solve practical problems. I am also open to academic positions.
